I don’t get any public transport journey results.

Please ensure you have a good mobile data or Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise, try the following:

  1. change the arrival/departure time as the time you are searching for may not have any public transport running (e.g. late at night).
  2. try changing your start/end point to the closest station/bus stop if you’re on the outskirts of an area covered by GetGo Dundee and may be too far away from a station or bus stop.
  3. Try using a location further away as your start and end points may be too close together, so we can’t find any feasible public transport routes.
  4. try disabling content block on your mobile account if your mobile phone network has added GetGo Dundee to their content block.
If none of that works, you might be in an area where we do not have any data available (e.g. too far away from Dundee).
